Our team brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in waterproofing, concrete repair and specialist finishing works in the UAE, with 500+ projects completed across residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
Conventional Roof Waterproofing
We're not a general maintenance company that also does waterproofing. Waterproofing is the core of the business , roofs, basements, tanks, pools and wet areas with concrete repair, industrial flooring and finishing works built around it.
That focus matters, because most waterproofing failures we're called to investigate weren't caused by bad products. They were caused by substrate problems nobody checked, details nobody treated properly, or a system chosen for the wrong conditions.
We focus on the part that decides whether the job lasts: the substrate, the details and the system choice.

Our process is designed to identify the real cause, prepare the structure properly and record critical details before they are covered
We inspect before we quote
Every enquiry starts with a site inspection or a drawing review. We do not price waterproofing over the phone, because substrate condition, moisture, existing layers, drainage and the real water path all affect the scope.
We find the source, not the symptom
A stain on a ceiling is where water arrived, not where it entered. Water travels under screed, along joints and behind finishes before it becomes visible. Treating the visible patch is how leaks come back.
We fix the substrate first
Cracks get repaired, not coated over. Spalled concrete gets broken out and reinforcement treated. Slabs get moisture-tested before coating. This is the part clients do not see and the part that decides whether the work lasts.
We detail properly
Waterproofing rarely fails in the middle of a roof or the centre of a tank wall. It fails at parapets, drain outlets, penetrations, upstands, corners and joints. Those details are where our supervision focuses.
We record what gets covered up
Below-ground membranes, tank linings and wet-area waterproofing disappear under later work. We photograph and record the detailing before it is covered, so there is evidence of what was installed.

We stand behind our work with warranties of up to 25 years, depending on the system specified.
Warranty duration depends on the system, substrate condition, correct use and maintenance, and whether any third-party damage occurs after handover. The applicable warranty is confirmed in writing before work begins and issued as a certificate on completion.

Exact warranty scope should be confirmed against the project certificate and system specification.
Specified systems, not generic products.
We work with established construction chemical manufacturers rather than unbranded products. Every system is installed to the manufacturer's specification the right primer, coat build, overlaps and curing time.
Where a project has a consultant specification, we work to it. Where it does not, we recommend the system that suits the structure, exposure and use and explain why.
Professional site behaviour is part of the work.
Waterproofing work involves confined spaces, working at height, hot works and chemical handling. Our teams work in appropriate PPE, to site safety requirements, and to the access and permit procedures of the project.
On occupied buildings we plan around the occupants phased working, controlled access and clean handover of each area.
